TOMMY: The Who’s Rock Opera presented by Rumoured Productions

Thursday 23 July, 7:30pm

The Shedley Theatre

Rumoured Productions are proud to present The Who’s Rock Opera, TOMMY.

For the first time ever in Adelaide, Pete Townsend’s iconic Rock Opera TOMMY, is live on stage, in concert, at the Shedley Theatre.
With an amazing ten piece band, including four of Adelaide’s very best singers: Mark Stefanoff, Lindsay Prodea, Melanie Watts & Heidi-Rae Abbey, this concert is a must for any fan of The Who.

Whilst the concert is guaranteed to be a lot of fun, the work also has a very serious side. We hear about Tommy Walker’s abuse at the hands of family & friends, and his road to recovery, something that is extremely important & relevant in today’s world. TOMMY the Rock Opera does not celebrate abuse, it exists to remind us of the harm that can befall us all, if we forget how to love each other.

We invite you all to come on an Amazing Journey, with Captain Walker, the Gypsy, Cousin Kevin, Uncle Ernie, the Pinball Wizard, and of course Tommy!
